2. Making a Purchase.
Our customers can shop from us online or at our physical store located at the above address. We (Leisure Grass UK) have made every effort to ensure that the information and content of the web site is accurate and up to date. We cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or changes in price. If your desired product is out of stock, we will not process an order until we have contacted you to offer an alternative product.
3. Order Confirmation.
When your order has been placed, we will send you an order confirmation with the full order details. We request that you carefully check that all the information in it is accurate. If not, you must contact Leisure Grass immediately to allow the order to be corrected, especially before any grass product is cut to size.
Although we try our best to display the correct pricing and description of our products, we reserve the right to reject the sale of incorrectly priced items.
5. Product Representation.
All images on the web site are for illustration purposes only and are intended to give a general guide on how the product may look. The actual product you receive may differ slightly to that in the illustration.
If you cancel your order, we will give a full refund for products only if the product has not been dispatched from our end. If it has been dispatched, we will treat it as a return. Please be aware that this excludes all artificial grass that is bespoke and has been cut and to your specifications. Orders made to specification are not covered by the distance selling rules. If your order has not yet been made to specification, we will refund your order subject to any restocking and admin fees.
7. Delivery / Returns.
Within a 50 mile radius of OL5 mainland England and Wales, a standard delivery charge of £36.00 applies Please contact us for delivery charges for areas outside a 50 mile radius of OL5 mainland England and Wales, including The Isle of Wight, The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man and The Channel Isles.
We aim to deliver your ordered goods between 2 and 5 working days after payment has cleared. Urgent or specific delivery options are also available on request. In case we are not able to deliver within the stated time period, we will contact you by email or phone, via the contact details you have provided, to update you on the delivery date. Where credit or debit cards have been used for payment, the goods will only be delivered to the registered address of the card used for payment.
Your goods may be delivered by a courier service; artificial grass is usually delivered in rolls. When the goods have been dispatched from our end we will notify you by email. Once the goods have been dispatched the delivery address cannot be changed. All deliveries must be signed for by the receiver. If it is not possible to obtain a signature, you may be charged for redelivery. On signing for goods, you are accepting that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition.
8. Faulty / Incorrect Goods.
Before being dispatched, all goods are checked against the original orders by our dedicated quality control team. If you receive a faulty product, we request you to inform us within 7 days of receipt with a complete description of the product and the fault so that we may arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Due to the molecular structure of the artificial grass fibres, it may crease when rolled. These creases will fall out within three months of the installation. The grass is not classed as faulty due to creases.
